Lanser’s on Main is a Bistro Style Restaurant in Johannesburg (Bryanston), now baking our own authentic French Baguettes. Order and collect the tastiest Baguettes in town (48 hours notice required).
AUTHENTIC FRENCH BAGUETTES
One of the benefits of being forced to close during the multiple lock-downs we’ve had, is that we were able to up-skill our team. Determined to continue to pay full salaries we called in a few favours and invited one of our suppliers (previously a Baker in France) to train us to make and bake our own authentic freshly baked French Baguettes (R35 each).
Now that we’ve perfected each element and step in the process, we’re ready to open up sales to everyone looking for the yummiest French Baguettes in town (any town).
HOW TO ORDER
To order simply complete the order form below, and we’ll confirm details and collection times via email. Payment can be made on collection. A Collection Schedule can be found just below the Order Form.
QUALITY TAKES TIME
Quality food (and especially bread) can’t be rushed, which is why Baguette orders can only be collected 2 days later.
Once we have the days order we take the next day to make the dough and leave it to rest (a key step on the journey towards the perfect Baguette). The following day your Baguette is baked just after 14:00 and ready at 15:30.
