When we opened our doors 3,5 years ago, we decided that we’d primarily use TripAdvisor as our benchmark to measure how well we were doing. It’s one of the largest review platforms, it has global credibility, and it offer a more comprehensive review experience that Google or Facebook. When we joined TripAdvisor we were in position 54 of 54 restaurants listed in Bryanston. Today there are 65.
Within one year we had made it into the top 10, and just before our 2nd birthday we moved into the top position as the number one rated restaurant in Bryanston on TripAdvisor. Currently we’re also rated the number two restaurant in Sandton out of 523 restaurants listed.
Last week, the team at Lanser’s on Main, were proud to receive the TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award.
This award is our highest recognition and is presented annually to those businesses that are the Best of the Best on Tripadvisor, those that earn excellent reviews from travellers and are ranked in the top 1% of properties worldwide.
