We’re very excited to announce Vergenoegd Löw as our November wine pairing farm. Join us for a wonderful evening of tasty food, great wine, and fun.
AWAKEN YOUR SENSES
Our Food and Wine Pairing evenings are well known for scrumptious dishes (amuse bouche, starter, mains, dessert), each one paired with incredible wines, drawing out exquisite flavours from every course. Lanser and farm representative, Francis Krone, will briefly describe why each dish was paired with each wine?
There will be a four course dinner, and we’ll be tasting 4 different wines from Vergenoegd Löw.
Our goal, as always, is to give you the most fun and the best value possible.
Expect a fabulous evening of poetry, story-telling, wine and food pairing, and loads of fun and laughter.
Seating is limited.Booking is essential!

In 1696 Pieter de Vos could feast his eyes on what you see today – Table Mountain, the Helderberg mountain, the Eerste River, The Atlantic Ocean, vineyards and waving fields.
History, heritage and harmony converge here – wine making over three centuries, vrijburgers layering and expanding the homestead, barn, slave lodge, threshing floor and cellars into one of the oldest and most intact of the early wine farms of the Cape of Good Hope. This is a living, evolving national monument, part of the European Heritage Project and a WWF conservation site.
