At each of our Wine Pairing evenings we start the evening off with a poem. We do our best to find the fun and light hearted ones. When we first started our theme was Bistros. We’d find poems that had something to do with a Bistro. over time this has become more and more difficult.
At our Jordan Wine Pairing in July 2021, we used these two short and fun poems…
A DRINKING SONG

Wine comes in at the mouth
And love comes in at the eye;
That’s all we shall know for truth
Before we grow old and die.
I lift the glass to my mouth,
I look at you, and I sigh.

The Body’s Started Changing,

bingo wings are flapping,
boobs are getting lower,
